This machine is designed to sort and clean seeds based on surface texture and shape. Two velvet-covered rollers rotate in opposite directions with a adjustable small gap between them. objects that are rough and /or  irrrgular in shape, including diseased or split seed, or soil clump, tend to stick to the velvet and are thrown out of the trough formed by two rollers. Smooth, clean seed flows to the end of the rollers and is collected. Some small objects also fall through between the rollers. This machine is well suited for cleaning various types of beans.

1. Variable-speed motor. This controls how much material is thrown out.
2. Adjustable slope. This controls the speed at which seed travels along the machine.
3. Adjustable gap between rollers.
4. Adjustable vibratory feeder.
