Agriculex ESC-2: Computerized Seed Counter
1. Having 16 counting channels. Each channel is equipped with
an infrared sensor. The control box has an interface port of
RS-232.
2. Can set to count batches of seed of a pre-set size, or it can be
used in "continous" mode to find out the total number of seed in a
pre-weighted or volumetrically measured portions.
3. Capable of reading the barcode, storing and retrieving the
counting inforamtion, and remotely operate the
ESC-2 counter on the PC.
4.Able to count at very high speed still keeping high precision. At slower speeds, the machine is very accurate. Counting speed is easy to adjust.
5.Excellent user-interface friendly panel to provide easy operation.
Fast, easy clean-out and provides residual seed number when changing
seed.
7. Handles a very wide range of seed sizes, from about 1mm in diameter to over 10mm. This includes canola (rapeseed), small grains, corn, and soybeans.
8. Quiet, low dust operation. Low power consumption.
Under this mode, the ESC-2 Seed Counter will be connected to a PC with a 9 pins serial communication line. The operator can use the PC to remotely operate the ESC-2 Seed Counter or the operator directly operates the ECS-2 Seed Counter. The count information can be transmitted to the computer and the information can be saved on the computer automatically. The information can be opened, edited and printed using the Remote Mode software or using Microsoft Office.
Independent Mode
Under this mode, No extreme PC need and the operator can only
directly operate
the ESC-2 Seed Counter. The count information will be transmitted to PC
in
the future.
Both of the Remote Mode and the Independent Mode have the same count mode. The ESC-2 count mode is divided into the Totalized Count, Single Batch Count and the Multiple Batches Count. the count speed is adjustable at each count mode.
Multiple Batches count
This is used for counting out batches of seed. User can set the seed
amount in
a packet and the packet
amount in a batch. The seed amount in a packet and the packet
number in
one batch can be set the same or different in multiple batches. The
count speed can be manual chose or automatically use default value. At
the end of batch, the
extreme seed lot is easy to dump out..
Single Batch Count
This is used to count the same seed amount in a packet in a batch.
Totalized Count
This is used to cut individual packets with a variable number of seeds down to a certain size. Doing this efficiently requires some optional features, so please let us know if you want them.
